Do you have a minimum order amount?
No. You can order even just a single t-shirt.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
All of the products that you see in www.shiroinekoonline.com are in stock. However, if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, refund, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again.
How can I view more details of the t-shirt?
On our catalogue page, please click on a "Click For Quick View" button under
t-shirt picture . Then you can then view photos of both the front and back of the selected t-shirt in bigger size.
What sizes are in the shop?
We have our t-shirts in size M and L. But you can order your t-shirt in size XL or XXL if your order is over 100 pieces per design.

If you already have a design of Shiroi Neko or Minute Mirth that you wish to buy but you can't find it on our website, then, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us a complete description or a photo and size of items you are looking for. How can I pay for my order?
We prefer online payment and Paypal is the recommended choice since it is one of world’s most secure online payment methods. You can use your credit cards to pay through Paypal or, if you already have a Paypal account, you can pay directly from your balance in Paypal. Western Union is another choice for you but you have to contact us at email@example.com first.
How can I sign up a Paypal account?

The shipping cost is only 5 USD for each t-shirt and can be vary depends on the type of product.
As a registered airmail, this shipping method is insured and has an online tracking number; however, it will be trackable only when it reached your country and you can track your order via www.track-trace.com.
Are there any hidden costs such as taxes or etc?
No, there are no hidden charges. We won’t charge you with sales tax or something like that.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
We ship your order within 1 week of completed transaction and we will try our best to deliver your order within 24 hours.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to inform you immediately.
How do you deliver the products?
Normally, we will deliver your order by registered airmail. But, if you want to get your order faster, we can provide you with EMS service, but you have to cover for the additional cost. Moreover, we will ship your order to your address in Paypal only. Hence, if you wish to have your order sent to alternate address, please inform us at email@example.com in advance.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery is between 1-4 weeks depending on your location and the custom process of your country. Occasionally the customs agency in your country may delay the process for a random security or inspection measure. Hence, if you want to get your order faster like within 3-5 days, we can ship your order with EMS mail service, however, you are responsible for additional costs.
I didn't get my order.
After 4 weeks, if you still didn’t receive your order, then it’s possible that:
A: You ain’t home when the postman arrived. Because, as a registered mail, you have to sign on a document before you can get the mail. In that case, the postman will leave you a notice note telling the recipient to get the mail at the post office later. If you didn't see that note, please let us know. We can check the status of your parcel online.
B: Your order lost in transit.
In that case, we will deliver your order again after we check the status of your order.

We at shiroinekoonline.com maintains our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you can return the item within 3 days of receiving the item for a replacement. But please Check Our Sizing Guide VERY CAREFULLY before placing your order.
1. When you first try on items of clothing for size, please don’t wear perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We may not accept the return of any item where there are marks or smells. The item should be returned in the original packaging together with any original documentation.
2. Please note that the buyer will have to pay for the shipping fee for both returning and sending back. Unless the mistake was made by us. And the item must be returned in the original condition (I.E. not washed).

1. Hand-washing is the best way to wash your t-shirts or cargo shorts.
2. If hand washing is not pratical for your lifestyle, then, please use a washing bag to protect your t-shirts or cargo shorts from being destroyed by the washing machine.
But, there are some more details of the best way to wash your t-shirts and cargo shorts that you should read too.
1. Always turn the inside out before washing.
2. Do not use hot water or any bleach.
3. Use a color-protecting detergent.
4. Do not tumble dry.
5. Do not iron.
